the art was pretty bland...backgrounds and characters...i dont rate the sound because my speakers arent working at the moment

you should've let someone check the spelling because it sux..in fact the whole thing sux...you can even see the contra guy running offscreen when the battle it's happening...and the ninja things being pulled by the background...and megaman running behind the pipes...if the 2nd part it's gonna be like this one..well dont expect much...
