[X's Awakening]

As much as i like the art...

I can't see this as anything else but a collection of traced slide shows nicely colored with some background music and voice acting...

For future episodes try adding at least some kind of animation and try to come out with a few camera angles of your own instead of using ones that fit the drawings that you traced..

And as bad as the low volume of the voice acting is, i think the worst part of this movie it's the huge file size...and what makes it worse is that this is a movie that could EASILY be at 2mb. Next time if you plan on including licensed MP3's change the export settings so you won't get such a big file size on your movies.

Excuse me but you missed a couple things when you wrote this review.

1. This was my first major flash movie.
2. None of the images were traced other than the basic models I used in a few scenes.
3. I'd like to see you make a better 3D X-Buster shot.
4. I'd also like to see you make a better MegaMan X cartoon that is entirley original.

what is that?

What's going on here? why does the character's heads suddenly appears at the top of the screen? What's with the lame, sounds, animation story and this flash as a whole?

[Megaman's Anniversary]

Muy bueno

La verdad te quedo muy bien, animacion y arte..la verdad que siempre me gusta ver un buen flash de Megaman y este es ahora mi favorito.

It was great, animation and art-wise....I'm always glad to see a good Megaman flash and this is now my favorite one...

[FFVI: A New Hero 2]

good...but could be a lot better...

The thing with the final fantasy flashes it's the lack of sprites variety....they all look the same with the usual 2 frame-uninteresting fight sequence..it takes something really special to make them stand out above the rest...and just like with a high percentage of the FF flash out there, this one's main attraction it's the decent story...

didnt like all the clicking around to keep the thing going but that's more of a personal taste...

Yes, clicking is so you can read the whole thing, or skip by. I know viewers who'd like to read at their own pace and analize it. The buttons just make it convient for them.

[StarWarsAFP: Part 1 Act 2]

better than the first..

Eventhough the first espisode was funnier and had more jokes, this one seems better animated...i did noticed that lack of sound effects in both movies...at moments it was so empty(sound wise), keep up the good job..

Thank you, I started to try a few new things like the crowd noises in the bar and stuff, my mike not very good at recording that kind of stuff, I may check out the audio portal and see what kind of stuff I can find, I was also thinking about having music in the background.

I’m glad you notice the animation improvements as well, this will hopefully continue thought the next 3 parts, although I’m going to aim to fix the obvious stuff like hands and walking for part 2.

good....

Very funny really, the only thing that needs work are the graphics...the stuff could be better drawn, specially the body proportions that sometimes were way off...still, good job!

[Megaman PF part 1]

nice sprite movie...

you should try turning down the volume of the music because most of the time it interferes with the voice acting...

i think you may have exaggerated the camera movement and zoom ins a little, instead of looking more cinematic it just looked too jumpy...

the music..well it's more of a hit or miss depending the person who views it, when Megaman first started fighting the robots the song was just anticlimatic...but like i said that's more of a personal taste..the ending song was really nice though..

and just a little comment about your previews, it's nice you're doing the megaman movies hand drawn, it's something original. But maybe instead of tracing the sprites you should come out with your own designs...it'll look way better i think...

the movie was kind of short but it was a good one, it can just get better...good job

Hey Rigo! Thanks for the review! Lol this flahs was all over the place! It originally was never suppose to see Newgrounds since I made it as a favor for my friend who runs phrozenflame the website. The camrea angles were all a little different pending upon what month I made the given sequence:-p and I'm glad you like the drawn idea... believe it or not I actually didn't trace those guys, however I did have a megaman sprite as a visial aid and I basically copied it to a "T" I'm glad you enjoyed and when's your never movie coming out! Thanks again for the review buddy.

It was an ok TT..

OK i'll try giving a review to each of the movies..

LuigiDude:the zoom in wasnt done right..link looked like he was being stretched vertically...the effect when gannon was hit with the arrow was...well cheap..and you could even see the white background when they changed scenes during the "final fight" and to top it off...Gannon ended up like a DBZ character...weak ending too..

Xanadu32:Nice link sprite, its better than the usual custom-megaman. Animation-wise well that's the bad thing with sprites, there's not enough animations so the fight scenes were not that good..

MasaandMune: There wasn't a big plot going on,in fact it was very weak and the fight scenes would've been better if the camera wasn't so close to the action..

Cryokenetic: Worse of the 4, poorly traced sprites, crappy backgrounds, needed a lot of work...

Ka-hem, it wasnt a "custom-megaman" sprite. It was more along the lines of 100% custom sonic style. But from your extensive flash list we respect what you have to say. still, the over all score wouldnt of hurt to be higher ;')

the only thing i didnt like(and its more of a personal taste) it's that it was too dbz-ish....keep up the good work...
